What is Hypnosis?
For anyone who thinks hypnosis is going to make you do silly things or make you behave like a chicken, I'm sorry to tell you but you are wrong.  While hypnosis is often seen to be a stage show where you are totally in the hands of the hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy is actually a very effective way of treating depression, child birth, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety disorders, bi polar, O.C.D, smoking and weight issues, to mention a few.
